PASAY CITY --- LOVE HER

Pasay City is not just an urban center or a city with people, houses, roads and buildings.

Pasay City is a strong belief, a quiet essence, a living thought with an incomparable sunset.

You must love Pasay deeply if you want her to love you back.

Treat her gently because she remembers.

...

Your heart must beat together with hers. And this is possible only if you have wooed her sincerely for a long time.

Pasay City is lovable and funny.

You give her several hundred schoolrooms for her children and she smiles at you during sunrise; when the city has plenty of money and no debts, she burps; She shines like a star as she watches MOA, E-Coms, Toyota, Metrobank, Megaworld and many more buildings zoom to the skies; she sheds a tear of joy as she witnesses the poor having access to free medicine and equipment at the Pasay General Hospital; She would sleep soundly knowing that she would wake up to a garbage-free city.

You must look at Pasay City straight to her face.

You must be able to make her feel your love.

Pasay City has been loved and bloomed in return.

Now, Pasay wakes up with a scream and sleeps with an empty stomach.

She is penniless, dirty and abused.

Pasay is where we live just as much as Pasay lives in our hearts.

When Pasay gets hurt, she bites back---hard!

So, love her…
